monipol staff
monipol is a medium sized CRO with currently about 43 employees, most of them with
full time contracts, few part time.
The monitoring visits at the study centres are mainly done by our office
based CRAs who are - if appropriate - supported by several well qualified free-lanced
CRAs living in the main Polish university cities. All CRAs either have a medical
or natural sciences background.
The responsibility of each employee
is defined in job-descriptions and
agreed in writing between the
Managers and
the respective employee.
